첨부가 안되어 아래 붙여넣기를 합니다.(아직 예날 조립품이며, 여기서 구입한 것은 아니나 상담을 해주시면 구입을 하고자 합니다.)
프로그램을 돌리니 아래와 같은 현상이 나옴. 어디가 문제인지..수리가 가능한 건지.교체를 하여야 하는 지..비용..등을 상담하고자 합니다. 답변주시면 확인하고 진행---윈7과윈10인데..부투오류도 나고 윈10에서 오류났다며 복구한다고도 나옴..검사시 아래처럼 에러가 확인됨..하드문제인지..본체전체의 문제인지등 알려주세요..부탁드려요.

대충 질문자께서 말씀하시는건 부팅 에러라시는것 같은데 해당 정보로는 부팅에러나는 이유를 볼수가 없네요. 그냥 시스템 사양정보만 볼수 있습니다. 만일 블루스크린 코드라던가 블루스크린 화면을 캡쳐해서 올려주면 대략 짐작을 할 수 가 있겠습니다. 윈10에서만 오류가 난다면 윈10용 드라이버는 전부 설치 하셨는지 확인을 해보세요.

일단 amd가 좀 호환성이 떨어지고요 윈도우10의 경우 현재 지원 되는 소프트웨어 많이 없답니다.. 윈도우7이나 윈도우10의 경우 정품을 사용 하시는 것이 좋고.. 대충 그렇네요 저도 컴맹인지라 위의 메시지 만을 보고 머가 문제인지 모르겠지만 간추려 보자면 그렇네요.. 구매 하실때는 왼만 하면 인텔 계열로 구매 하세요.. 그리고 64bit 보단 32bit 하세요 개발자들이 64 잘 못하는 경우 종종 있더라고요.. 윈도우 말이죠 하지만 램의 경우 3G 밖에 안되니 어쩔수가 없네요..
