AMD가 RADEON도 CHIPLET 구조로 변경한 이유가 뭘까요?
지금까지와 같은 방식만을 쓸 거라면 변경하지 않아도 됐을 것 같은데
굳이 변경한 이유에 대해 생각 해 봤습니다.
Why did AMD change RADEON to a CHIPLET structure?
