The Best Gaming PC Build Featuring the 9800X3D!
The 9800X3D has significantly improved thermals compared to the 7800X3D. During gaming, it reaches a maximum temperature in the low 60C, making it easy to cool with a dualtower air cooler.
In this video, I’ve applied a "Curve Optimizer (PBO Advanced)" with a negative 20 offset, but if you're focused on gaming, the stock settings work just fine.
For this build, I used the newly released APNX V1 case. The case comes equipped with dust filters on all sides, supports GPUs up to 395mm with an antisag bracket, and fits CPU coolers up to 170mm, making it ideal for most builds.
Among the cases I’ve reviewed recently, this one stands out the most in terms of build quality and design.
