This build features the new ARCTIC P12 Pro ARGB (White) fans paired with the clean, minimal ARCTIC Freezer 36 ARGB (White) CPU cooler.

It’s an affordable setup that combines solid cooling performance with a stylish compact midtower design.

The ARCTIC P12 Pro ARGB operates from 200 to 3000 RPM.

In regular use, 1000–1500 RPM is enough to keep temperatures in check, while speeds above 2000 RPM can be used briefly to quickly release heat after long gaming sessions.

At under 1000 RPM, the fans are quiet, with no noticeable bearing noise and only a small amount of wind noise.

In testing, running them at a maximum of 1400 RPM easily handled the Ryzen 5 9600X + GIGABYTE RTX 5070 Ti EAGLE combo, maintaining a good balance of low noise, cooling efficiency, and value, with extra speed available when needed.

The Jonsbo D32 Pro case uses a chimneystyle airflow design, which works best with a topmounted AIO cooler.

With an air cooler, extended gaming sessions can cause GPU heat to raise CPU intake temperatures, but switching the front top fan to intake can help feed the CPU cooler with fresh air.

Even without this adjustment, the Ryzen 5 9600X performs without issues.

Power is supplied by the CORSAIR RMe ATX 3.1, a unit I often use for its soft, flexible cables that make clean cable management easy.

Its wide fanless operation range also makes it an excellent choice for quiet builds.
