The Arctic Liquid Freezer III's PWM monitoring is not accurate compared to the product specifications.
During the thermal test, the pump RPM was fixed at PWM 70%, and the VRM was kept as low as possible (~400 RPM).
I guessed the actual RPM by looking at the product spec sheet
