I built a costeffective PC for creators based on the Intel 14600K.
The Fractal Design Pop Mini Silent tends to have weak cooling performance, but the ARC A750, with its low heat generation, shows decent performance even with basic cooling. Of course, it's notably quieter compared to typical front mesh cases.
The total price of this PC is less than $1100, which isn't exactly budgetfriendly, but it should suffice for most video editing tasks. I've included 32GB of memory in this build, but depending on the scope of video editing, setting it up with 64GB is preferable.
Using air cooling with the B760M for the 14600K in its default BIOS settings is tough. Especially considering the characteristics of the PC case, it becomes even more difficult. The only alternative is vCORE undervolting, and you can see temperature comparisons in the video.
