Comforted by the deepfrying sound, comforted again by the batter.

The reason? This is deepfried pork with rice paper, so no worries!

The editor made this three times because it was so tasty

*Ingredients

20 sheets round rice paper, 10 sheets thin chuck roll(200g), some warm water

some salt, some pepper, 200ml water, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 4 tablespoons sugar, 3 tablespoons vinegar, 100ml cooking oil, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1/2 stalk Asian leek, some sesame seeds

*Recipe

1. Cut the Asian leek into thin slices.

2. Thaw the sheets of thin chuck roll and season them with salt and pepper. Leave for 10 minutes.

Tip! You may use sirloin or sliced pork belly instead!

3. While the pork is seasoned, make the sauce.

Mix the water, soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar in a bowl, and the sauce is done.

The starch water to make the sauce thick is made by mixing 1 tablespoon of starch and 3 tablespoons of water.

Tip! You may use either potato starch or cornstarch!

4. When the pork is seasoned, wet the rice paper in warm water, place the pork folded in half on the rice paper, and wrap it.

Wrap another sheet of rice paper. Repeat this step.

5. Pour some cooking oil into a preheated pan, and adjust to medium heat.

Fry both sides of the pork wrapped in rice paper on the pan.

6. Swirl some cooking oil on the entire heated pan, and adjust to low heat.

Add minced garlic and stirfry until you smell the garlic. Then pour the sauce you prepared and boil. Adjust to medium heat.

When the sauce starts to boil, add the starch water and mix thoroughly. Boil for 30 seconds to make the sauce thick.

Tip! You may use sliced garlic instead of minced garlic!

7. Pour the sauce over the deepfried pork, sprinkle the Asian leek and sesame needs, and the deepfried pork with rice paper is done!
